What is the Butcher Bunny Mail Club?

The Butcher Bunny Mail Club is a monthly physical mail subscription featuing origional art, storytelling, and collectible surprise from the whimsical, darkly playful world of the Butcher Bunnies and Friends.

Each month includes a letter from Hollis the Butcher Bunny, exclusive artwork, and themed collectibles created just for subscribers.

Is this available Internationally?

Yes. International subscribers are available through a separate listing, with international postage included in the price.

Who is the subscription best for?

The subscription is perfect for collectors, art lovers, and anyone who enjoys whimsical storytelling, character-driven art, and receiving thoughtful mail each month.

What's included in the Collectors Edition?

Collector's Edition includes everything in the Basic Membership, plus:

-A monthly designer toy Butcher Bunny giveaway (Collectors only)
-A collector-exclusive bookmark
-Occasional bonus goodies
-An optional creative or reflective writing prompt. May vary each month.

Can I write back? Will I get a reply?

Collectors may write back if they'd like as part of the optional creative prompt experience. Replies are not guarenteed, but all letters are read and apperciated.

Basic or Collector memberships are all welcome to be a pen pal!

How do the monthly giveaways work?

Each month, one designer toy Butcher Bunny (or friend: Cat, Elephant etc) are given away to active Collectors Edition members.

Entries are only valid for the month you are subscribed and are not retroactive.

Winners will be. notified by e-mail and shipped to the same address. International subscribers are also included!

Are giveaways retroactive?

No. Giveaway entries are only valid for active Collector Edition members during that specific month.

How does billing work?

Your subscription is charged immediately at checkout. After your first purchase, it renews automatically on the 1st of each month unless canceled. You may cancel, skip, or pause at any time.

What is the monthly cut off date?

The cutoff to receive the current month's mailing is the 20th.

What happens if I subscribe after the 20th?

If you subscribe after the 20th (beginning on the 21st), you still receive the current month's print and content, but it will ship separately from the followings month's mailing.

No months are skipped.

Will I still receive the month I paid for if I order late?

Yes. You always receive the content for the month you paid for, even if shipping overlaps into the next month.

When does mail ship?

Mail is generally sent tword the end of each month.

For orders placed after the cutoff, that months mail may be sent earlier than the following month's mailing so the two months don't arrive together. Exact shipping dates aren't guaranteed.

Will I have to wait a long time for my first mail?

No. Orders placed after the cutoff are not delayed by a full month. While timing van vary, mail is prepared and sent as thoughtfully and efficiently as possible.

Can I ship to a different address or update my shipping address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address at anytime through your customer account.

Address changes must be made before the monthly cutoff fate (the 20th) to apply to that month's mailing. Any updates made after the cutoff will take effect with the following month's mail.

If you are sending the subscription as a gift, simply enter the recipeints address at checkout.

If you are subscribing and also gifting one, please do two separate transactions or else the same one will ship to the same address.

What if I move or enter the wrong address?

Once mail has been sent, address changes or delivery errors cannot be corrected. Please double-check your shipping address and update it before the 20th of the month to ensure accurate delivery.

If you catch it right away, just shoot us an e-mail and we can go in manually and change it as well if you're unable to in your portal.

How is the mail shipped?

Mail is sent via stamped letter mail to keep shipping costs low and make the subscription accessible.

Is tracking included?

No. Tracking is not included, as stamped letter mail does not offer tracking.

What if my mail gets lost?

Because stamped mail does not include tracking, delivery times can vary. While lost mail is very rare, the Butcher Bunny Mail Club cannot guarentee replacement of lost stamped mail.

Is this a one-time purchase?

No. The Butcher Bunny Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription and is not available as a one-time purchase.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your account before the next billing date.

If you do not cancel before the 1st, we can not refund you as your item will be accounted for and mailed.

Are your artworks signed and numbered?

Yes, all of my original paintings are signed. Each artwork is individually signed by me to authenticate its originality and ensure its uniqueness. However, please note that not all hand-sculpted dolls are signed. If you have a specific request to have a non-original item signed, such as a print or another type of artwork, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

How do I know if a particular artwork is still available for purchase?

To determine if a specific artwork is still available for purchase, you can check the information provided on the website. If the artwork is labeled as "sold" or is no longer displayed on the website, it indicates that it has been sold and is no longer available. I do move the listing to the “Sold” page. The link is at the top of the website.

Shipping & Packaging

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive after I place an order

Shipping time varies depending on the shipping speed you choose. International shipping takes longer.

Do you ship internationally?

My website is set up to automatically populate the shipping price based on weight for the USA, Australia, Canada, and The United Kingdom. I ship worldwide, but I must send you a separate invoice. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me. for a quote.

Can I track my shipment?

A tracking number will be provided once your item ships. I ship primarily through USPS. Higher prices items will come with tracking, insurance, and a signature conformation.

Can I request a specific delivery date or time?

Sure! You can choose which speed of shipping at checkout. If you need a faster option like Express shipping, please get in touch with me first. Once I hand over your package it’s out of my hands when it gets delivered.

How do you package and ship your artwork to ensure it arrives safely?

Your items are shipped as safely as possible. I often use recycled materials. Bubble wraps and heavy-duty boxes are a must. If shipping small items, we use envelopes and bubble mailers. You can rest assured your item is packaged safely.

How do I contact you if I have questions or concerns about my order?

Please use the contact button at the top of the page to e-mail me directly. I’ll be able to respond to you via my e-mail address.

What if my artwork is lost or stolen during shipping?

Insurance is added to ensure you are covered. Rarely I’ve ever lost a package, but things do happen. Sometimes packages are delayed, which is out of my hands. Rest assured that all my items mean a lot to me, so I want nothing more than your purchase to be delivered safely.

Payment & Returns

Do you offer payment plans or financing options for larger purchases?

We offer Shopify ShopPay which allows you to break up your payments. I believe PayPal has an option of payment in 4. I do not see that information as it’s between you and the provider.

Can I exchange an artwork for a different one?

We do not allow refunds or exchanges. Once an item sells, it’s yours to keep.

What is your refund policy for damaged or unsatisfactory artwork?

If an item is damaged during transit, we will work together to submit a claim. I want nothing more than to have your item delivered safely. Although I’ve rarely seen this happen, know that I’m happy to work with you and try to fix any issue you have.

What is your policy on returning custom artwork?

I do not accept returns, especially a custom order. It was made specifically for you. Please be sure you’re 100% certain you want to go through with a customized order. If, in the end, you are not 100% satisfied, we can work something out. Please know that the deposit is not refundable. Buyer guilt is not an acceptable reason for a change of heart. I have set aside time specifically for you when I could have put my energy into another project.
