How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days days, while express options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Taxes & Duties are NOT included, and every Country is different. Be sure you're fine with that before placing an order. Orders that are REFUSED at the time of delivery WILL NOT receive a refund. I have to pay for items to be sent back to me and unfortunately we won't be able to do business with each other again.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.

For Snail Mail Club, we use a stamp so there is no tracking. If there is an issues, feel free to reach out!

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo at lacey@oddlysweetart.com within 3 days, and we’ll make it right.

We will work together to submit a claim. I want nothing more than to have your item delivered safely. Although I’ve rarely seen this happen, know that I’m happy to work with you and try to fix any issue you have.
