Shipping policy

Most orders will ship out within 3 business days of placing your order, Monday-Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once it has shipped. For orders over $200 a signature will be required for safe keeping. That is non-negotiable. 

International Orders: Taxes and Duties are your responsibility, so please check into that before your purchase. Please note that International shipping may take longer due to customs procedures; We do not mark items as gifts or alter the price, and it's illegal. -Shipping times are beyond our control once handed over to the post office, and we appreciate your patience. If you refuse to pickup and pay duties and the doll gets sent back to me, there is no refunds and will not ship back-out. I lose out of expensive shipping cost. I always insure my packages and add a required signature. So please make sure someone can sign. :) That is non-negotiable.
